Smoking is a habit! That’s right!
Smoking in and of itself is NOT addictive – it is a habit. Now, we know those nasty, money hungry, tobacco manufactures have added some pretty nasty stuff to their tobacco to make sure you want to keep practicing this habit. However, with that being said, you can break free of their tactics of keeping you tied to their products (and profits).
Hypnosis can help you to break the cycle.
Granted smoking isn’t an easy habit to break. I know – even the ritual of smoking can be fun! I used to smoke – 2 packs a day – but I no longer smoke – because it is a habit – and something YOU can stop.
So, where does hypnosis come in?
Hypnosis helps you to break the habit quicker, easier, and a lot less painfully! No patches, no gum, no slowly cutting back. It’s a done deal!
How long?
Smoking cessation is generally a 3-session package of 90-minutes for each session. The first session we do hypnosis preparing the subconscious that this is going to happen and that it will like the results. The second session is done within a week of the first session and is when you throw the cigarettes (or whatever you are inhaling) out. The third session is your crutch – it’s there if you need it and when you need it! Many either use the 3rd session as an enforcer or use it for something else – like maybe part of a Past Life Regression or something. But it is there to convince you that you have choice and I’m there for you.
Hypnosis works for other unhealthy habits also!

Habits become difficult when they are no longer serving you and are serving the habit instead. These habits include:
- Drinking
- Gambling
- Issues With Sex
- Video Games
- Procrastination
- Self-Sabotage
- Anything that is taking away from the quality of your life
Some of these habits take longer to change than others, but habits are changeable – even if you are only wanting to change it for someone else – someone you love.
